Occasionally will be assigned to lead projects in my job, leveraged the Knowledge & Skills learned from Toastmasters to fulfill my work requirements and harvested very good results and career promotion. 

 

What experience do you have in strategic planning?

I has been the PM for many programs and events in Toastmasters world, such as 2020 D88 Pathways Program Chair and PM for COT, Area Contest, and also the PM for the celebration of my home club's  10th year anniversary.

 

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

I'm doing sales job for live, so, yes! I'm pretty familiar with the numbers ：）

 

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

I'm well trained by both my company and Toastmasters, capable to develop procedures.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

1. Lead the team, don't doing everything by yourself

2. No one's perfect

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

Really love Toastmasters and wish I could help more fellow Toastmasters Further develop my leadership skills, learn by doing

 

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence There's some new clubs are going to be chartered but haven't yet, I would like to understand more back ground info from IPDvD and then reach out to them and talk with them, see what they need and what I can help, also will reach to CGD and district for resource as well.
