I once organized the Qingdao TTT Off-line Project in 2018, and the process to plan, organize and execute the project help me a lot in strategic planning.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

Find more "Mr. Right"  to serve and empower the Clubs, Areas and Division, even the District.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

Expand the coverage and influence of Toastmasters in China. I think it's very important to develop Mandarin Clubs, especially focus on some niche markets to improve the diversity of Toastmasters in China.
