Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District leader: 

Lead a team for F4 area, Mentor and mentee project in F4 area, Support SC & New Financiers two clubs Coach role.

What experience do you have in strategic planning?

There are 13 clubs in Tianjin. Among them, there are 3 new clubs,which account for a small proportion. I will develop the Tianjin market in the following period of time, increase the number of new clubs, and improve the meeting quality of the old clubs to cultivate more leads.

 

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

As the financial assistant, I witnessed the operation experience of the District finance, which is to submit the reimbursement of each expense in a timely and accurate manner, so as to be open, fair, clear and accurate.

 

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

In the process of Area Speech Contest, make each detailed operation rules, according to the manual requirements to confirm and strictly implement.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

Lead a group of people to a specific goal. Improve professionalism by planning paths, avoiding risks, and being trustworthy, building a general consensus, focusing on the event itself, and standardizing existing experience.

 

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

I have a set of my own ideas, I want to practice. I want to help more members improve their leadership, and cultivate more leaders for the area.

 

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

Exercise members through different programs. Develop their leadership skills. Let them also aspore to help more members grow.
