Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I agree with toastmasters vision and missions in different leadership position. And myself has the same passion of helping members grow in toastmasters clubs. Being a district leader will fasten the process and redirect clubs to our missions.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
1.Build new clubs: promote toastmasters brand in existing clubs, including vision, missions, activities, logos etc to enhance members' understanding of toastmasters. Encourage members to go out and pass on the idea of toastmasters to his community and workplace. Encourage district leaders to raise the awareness of expanding in clubs and members. give full support to area directors who is willing to build new clubs. 2. support all clubs in achieving excellence: enhance understanding of DCP and MOT of district leaders. Help them design COT and DOT and other leadership trainings. Give recognitions in a more passionate way.

Toastmasters makes me a better version of myself. I agree with its vision and missions. and I am ready to serve as Club Growth Director to fulfill district mission and toastmasters international missions. I see myself a growing leader in district 88, I am ready to lead by example and inspire more people to become excellent communicators and leaders.
