What experience do you have in strategic planning?
Division K (Dalian City) is a "small" city, however there are 16 clubs now. Half of them are new(less than 3 years) clubs. In the next 1-2 years, it crucial that we serve the current clubs by adopting pathway, digging out the needs of new members and enhancing mentor system.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
In my last HPL project "Smart CL", I put too much focus on action plan, but the team members do not fully understand why we worked on this project. Due to this, team members were lack of initiative to drive the progress.

Major objectives： Serve the current clubs and members.
How we achieve it:
- Show the benefits of toastmasters via successful stories
- Guide club members(especially officers) to understand why we promote DCP
-Encourage potential leaders to participate district activities/events
