Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District leader: 

I have rich working experience and life experience. I have been engaged in many fields such as science and technology, art, education, etc. I have managed a listed company and accumulated rich management experience. These experience and life experience are very conducive to becoming a regional official.

What experience do you have in strategic planning?

Toastmasters vision is to help individuals improve their self-confidence and personal growth in order to perform better in their life and work. My self-management and successful management of the enterprise, the current President of Yizhan club, led the club to the leading position in 88 District, which is enough to show that I am fully competent in strategy and plan.

 

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

I have rich experience in managing the company's financial affairs, and have served as Treasure of FM club.

 

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

Management is the same, I can successfully manage listed companies and clubs, which shows that I have a strong ability in strategy, plan and execution.

 

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

In the leadership position of Toastmasters, I learned the core values of Toastmasters, and reaped the happiness of serving members and making myself feel young and happy.

  

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

Because I recognize the core value and culture of Toastmasters, I will keep the attitude of continuous learning, and do more service and support for Toastmasters club and members.

 

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

The mission of the District is to develop more new clubs and give them effective support, so that the clubs can be better. If I were a Division Director, I would lead the Division officer team to carry out various tasks of District and achieve the main goals of District.
