As a HRD, I’m responsible for planning, and work with my team to achieve short and long term goals. We identify, strengths, challenges, opportunities, and implement strategies necessary to achieve performance outcomes.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
Aa a toastmaster leader, I have been able to expand on my online leadership training and experience which has helped me make the transition to coach leadership. I’ve improved my team building skills to improve my role as manager & coach and in subsequent roles in toastmasters.
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
When I got the DTM, I was deeply attracted by the sentence “To help others in their self-development efforts” in the letter. I deeply believe that everyone is full of power, everyone is OK, everyone is worthy of attention, trust, support! Just like that sentence above! I am deeply convinced and willing to work hard for this! Just like my career vision—Face the light, become the light!
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
District mission’s major objectives is build new clubs and. support all clubs in achieving excellence，that cannot be achieved by one person and need to
be achieve by team. I will fully believe and support each team member, stimulate personal vision, find the link between personal vision and team vision,
and achieve personal goals and team goals.
