Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District leader:
1) As the Area Director, I have learned how to establish links with different types of clubs; more than that, I have acquired the ability to solve unexpected problems. Wherein, giving encouragement and specific suggestions in time is important, and then tracking the club performance regularly is necessary.
2) By trainning in Lead program, I found some of my shortcomings (Lack of recognition and praise for team members), and then I improved myself through carrying out the project actively in four lead courses. In fact, by giving more encouragement and recognition to others can inspire team members to do things with enthusiasm. I believe I have made some progress and achievements in these aspects.
What experience do you have in strategic planning?

1. Time planning: no matter what I do, I will firstly make time planning and prioritize each transaction;
2. Team planning: teamwork is a prerequisite for the implementation of projects or tasks, so it is crucial to build an efficient team;

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
There are two main reasons: on the one hand, I would like to use more available resources to serve clubs in the Division so that they can develop better. In the past half year, some clubs in my Area have faced difficulties. when communicating with the club presidents, I can strongly feel members and club officers need assistance. On the other hand, it may be the opportunity to cultivate influence if as the division director. Being a leader in TM, we can achieve various skills and abilities, and the most attractive one is to promote my influence on others.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
1. The major objectives are to enhance the personal growth of members and officers, as well as the learning environment and growth space that Toastmaster meetings can provide.
2. First of all, every member who joins TM needs to have a deep understanding of TM's four values and visions, which will guide each member's subsequent actions. Secondly, MOT is a very good practical standard. If the members of the club can make full use of it and give full play to its value, it will be beneficial to achieve the objective.Thirdly, the quality of the club can be quantified by DCP.
